Nope - Teotihuacan is Mexico's most visited Aztec site. The Telegraph didn't publish the entire article.

It is indeed Teotihuacan. Mexico City, which grew-up over the Aztec city of Tenochtitlan is 40 km away, however Teotihuacan was built by the Teotihucanos long before the Aztecs came to the Valley of Mexico
