Todays Turtle

I'm trying to get practiced with hand held shots. I don't wanta carry a lot of photo gadgets around while i dive so I'm trying to develop an easy way to shoot available light hand held with something that fits in my BC pocket.
This is a Green Turtle...and that's 'Turtle grass':-)
He grazes on it like a cow.

A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?

Good shot Elbert!
I got tired of lugging 35 lbs. of camera equipment to the boat and there was never a dedicated rinse tank big enough. Then all these amateurs with little throw away cameras were getting shots as good as mine! sucxed!
I bought the little Cannon from Peter Jones and am learning to use it. Same rules apply,
1) Get Down
2) get Close
3) shoot up.

For turtles you know it helps to have a dive buddy who kinda corrals them towards you.
Keep up the good work.

In the case of turtles, my experience says "duck!". Having once been clouted on the head by one that was passing through my area, and took no account that I was in the way.

What's your screen resolution? What is the "natural" size of your screen in pixels?
