I sat on Tuesday 11th glued to my TV set in Johannesburg watching the events unfold in NY. It felt like I was in NY and I cried tears for all of us worldwide. This was not a blow only against the US. 50 nations lost children that day including 6 from South Africa. Worldwide we are numb. This has got to be the start of the end of terrorism. We must NOT tolerate this method of achieving ends any longer. My country as you all know was rent apart by an internal war. We thought of them as terrorists. Possibly we were the terrorists. To this day I don"t know who was right or wrong. All I know was that we achieved a miracle in South Africa by negotiating a settlement with each other.Let the whole world sit up and note how we solved our problem. Talk talk and more talk. It only took 9 months after 35 years of "terrorism".
