I agree Ernie... at first, having it in San Pedro sounded great. But when weighing the amount of money that would be spent going to SP versus Lake Conroe... and the difference in the cost... it just seems more prudent to have it at Conroe.

Actually, I want it at Conroe because I know how to get there now. eek
