I am 75% Irish, 1/8 Fr. Canadian and 1/8 American Indian. My mother's name was Patrick. Of course my ancestry has been in the US since 1790. To me St. Patty's day is the begining of spring, as everything is GREEN. Of course this year, spring will be early as it'll be almost April by the time I get back home. I'll have to pack some green food color. LOL
