Well, they are screwing up big time with the curfew that the cops
demanded and got.

EVERYONE is supposed to be indoors at this time, in all of Northern
Belize and down to Belize City.

But NEMO is still calling for people to get out of their homes and go
to shelters. Calling for people in low-lying areas to move out.

How do they do that without violating the curfew?

A well-meaning reporter for LOVE FM said he went to the Coro police
station a few minutes ago to complain that people were moving about
the streets in Coro after curfew hours. So the cops promised to send
out two patrols to fix that!.

On radio right now a pol in Corozal Town is telling folks that taxis
are still at the taxi stands and they can call a cab to take them to
shelters as they (NEMO Corozal) have no available transport.

Some very stubborn people are WALKING from the Roaring Creek junction
into Belmopan as the authorities are not allowing buses with evacuees
in as the shelters here are full. And some evacuees do not want to go
to Benque-San Ignacio or even Roaring Creek (which still has space)
for that matter.
