Have heard these reports (first hand) from other parts of the country as of 8am:

Belize City - Gusts to 35mph. Some power outages, some drizzle. No storm surge to speak of.

Dangriga: Winds out of the west gusting to 20mph. no rain, full power and phone, no sea at all.
