Here you go~

1 whole chicken cut up

Oil for browning chicken

1 onion chopped

1 green pepper chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

1 large jar salsa

3 - 4 cups water

salt and pepper to taste

1 TBSP corn starch

1 Heaping TBSP Recado

4 sprigs cilentro

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for about 10 minutes or until light brown on all sides. Remove from pan and place on paper towels and drain. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic about 4 minutes. Add the chicken, water, salsa and recado. COver and let simmer for 35-45 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Mix the cornstarch in 1/2 tsp water and add to chicken and simmer until thick.
