I walked the "road" yesterday and on the north side, there is dead still water where flow has been cut off. On the south side is a trench that is where the sludge was dredged from. It looks like a total waste land. If they are going to put the culverts in, it should be soon. The culverts are sitting on the pier. I do not understand why this was not done carefully so that there was less negative impact. It can be salvaged if the developers move quickly but I guess they are preoccupied figuring out how to save the water supply for town that has been compromised by their other development
