Accidents need rescuers and rescuers are then in Jeopardy. Its not just risking the lives of their own passengers but they put at risk the people that try and save them.March is coming and we will see a lot of this foolish behavior.

Couldn't agree more. But it begs the question...who are the rescuers? What capabilities exist on the island? What is their availability, level of training, experience (practice), etc.?
