Well it's fixed now - but don't tell Chaak. Good friends help a lot.

When flood-frustration motivates you to toss junk in the puddles think first about the tires that have to run over the sharp edges of concrete, rusted rebar etc.... not to mention the occasional pedestrian or cyclist who has to make their way through. Small stones & stuff = good. Sharp tiles, big pointy things = bad.

Even if a bit of sand-fill goes in on top of these less desirable items, sooner or later the worst of the junk manages to come to the surface with not nice results.
