Has anyone seen Phil or know what is happening with Casa Caracol? I sent a PM on the Board TO Phil and a email to CASACARACOL.COM BUT NO RESPONSE. The web site was up for the last week but now is not. The only thing I can find is a VRBO listing for the entire house. Looking to come down next March and would prefer 3 bedrooms but can get by with 2 plus couch. Need walking and crawling distance to town.
