From Belmopan...

There was a significant Swell-up over the Sarstoon early this morning causing some heavy rains. The resultant cloud from that has also caused a little rain in southern and central Belize, but that should be drying up shortly. There is a general drift of high level air northwards over our area and now some coming down from the US over the gulf. Just a few odd patches of significant cloud in the western Caribbean. We have to keep watching the new potential Atlantic storm INVEST 99L which could come our way.

Today, after the present cloud thins, looks as if it will be mainly sunny with white clouds, a small change of odd rain showers.
