Marine Outlook: (Thursday night) Winds: E-SE 10-20 kt; seas: Choppy; waves: 3-4 ft, with a few showers and thunderstorms.

General Outlook: A similar trend occurs on Thursday and Thursday night.
Tropical Weather Outlook: At 3am, Tropical Storm Julia was located near latitude 30.9N, longitude 81.8W, or about 40 miles north of Jacksonville, Floriday. Julia was moving to the north at 7mph with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph. -A broad area of low pressure associated with a tropical wave off the Cape Verde Islands has a high chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next couple of days as it moves west-northwestward. - At 3am, Tropical Storm Ian was located near latitude 29.3N, longitude 53.0W or about 730 miles east-southeast of Bermuda. Ian was moving north at 15mph with maximum sustained winds of 50mph.
