The Caribbean easterly winds are being slowed down against the Yucatan. It looks as if the westerly high level winds are helping cold air to move down from the north, holding back the Caribbean wind, there is even indications of this happening in north Guatamala, close to Belize. Further south, the Caribbean cloud is bunching up just off the coast with some clashing with high level winds, so I suspect a fair few rain showers just off the coast, more so off southern Belize. There is cloud covering the mountains and a fair bit of central Belize and other activity, looking like the cold north air is pushing in. There is a fairly strong "Tiger" surface wind from the SW this morning.

Looks like much of northern Belize is having sunshine but clouds will develop this morning, central is mainly cloudy, but a few patches of sunshine, southern Belize has a fair bit of sunshine, but clouds moving in from the sea. Some rain expected, particularly the south coastal areas.
