Hello Gentlemen.... In truth, I was inclined to believe the theory of some large power hungry group making this happen... However through my research I have learned to proceed with caution. We may have controlled this virus through the Quarantine process. The biggest example is the USS Theodore Roosevelt.... with more than 1100 cases out of a crew of less than 3,000. These sailors could not quarantine. Therefore, I'm still on the fence about the who-what-why is behind this.
