The National Hurricane Center is following up an area of atmospheric instability over Campeche Bay.

This phenomenon is expected to be slowly wandering over the south of the Gulf of Mexico in the coming days, so it is anticipated that the rainy storm will continue for the states of Veracruz, Chiapas, Tabasco and the Yucatán Peninsula.

To this day, this disturbance maintains a median probability of 40% to evolve into a tropical cyclone for the next 72 to 96 hours.
