What can you do to help protect our sea turtle population? Change your behaviour, please do not drive the golf carts on the nesting beach. Our research and monitoring team visits the sea turtle nesting beach weekly to locate the nests, collect data on the number of nest and hatchlings, as well as the unhatched eggs . At times some hatchlings are still alive in the nests. Using their training and knowledge, the team would remove them and release them in the ocean. As of yesterday, the team has located a total of 44 nests.
