A couple of weeks ago I described a problem we had returning through Miami on American Airlines. Through a combination of AA and TSA miscues we missed a connecting flight that should not have been a problem. Anyway, I sent AA a "relatively" fair description of the events. Received a response yesterday that included and an apology and 3-$150 travel vouchers. To be fair, I thought the board should know. Guess I'll give AA another go, but it'll be through Dallas/Fort Worth!
