HI. I'LL BE IN BELIZE ON THE MORNING OF MAY 2, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BY FERRY TO AMGERGRIS CAYE?
ONCE THERE I NEED TO GET TO EAST SIDE OF THE ISLAND TO CHECK OUT SOME PROPERTY AT HABANEROS, I NEED TO RENT A GOLF CART FOR A FEW HOURS. SINCE WE ARE PRESSED FOR TIME, CAN ONE RENT ONE ON HOURLY BASIS?

One to 1.5 hours for water taxi from Belize City to AC.
Hire a water taxi, Habaneros by golf cart is a very long, very rough golf cart ride. I'm not even sure that it can be done that far North. A boat ride will take 20-25 minutes.

I don't know were the ship will dock in relationship to Habaneros. I have a window of about 6 hours to this......

There is no real road (more like a cart path) and there are no cabs on the North end of the island. The area where you are headed is 10 miles North of town and usually only accessible by boat.
I'm assuming that you're coming on a cruise ship which will anchor off Belize City. You'll have to take a day trip to AC from the cruise ship and then hire someone to take you by boat to the area you're looking at.
Don't you have a real estate agent? They should be working out these details for you.

YES, I'M TRYING TO CONNECT WITH HIM, HE IS STAYS AT THE BANANA BEACH RESORT. HE LIVES IN TAMPA BUT IS MORE THERE THAN IN TAMPA IT SEEMS. HE TOLD ME HE HAS A BOAT THERE AND WOULD SHOW US AROUND. HE IS GETTING READY TO MOVE TO AC IN THE FUTURE AND MAYBE THAT IS THE REASON HE IS HARD TO REACH.

I don't mean to step all over your business, but wouldn't it make more sense if you talked to a local real estate person. There are a few you can find directly off this website. They are in San Pedro and can help you after the sale as well.

SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA. HOWEVER, I PURCHASED THE THE PROPERTIES STATESIDE AND WOULD NOT FEEL RIGHT TO ASK THEM TO SHOW ME PROPERTY THEY HAD NO INVOLVEMENT IN. WHAT'S YOUR THOUGHT ON THIS?
