I would love to know more about the Island Academy... does anyone have any tidbits to share about their philosophies, resources, politics, or anything else?

I have been to their website, which is very informative, and I'd like to know more from a parent's or villager's point of view.

My son went to Island Ace. while we lived in S.P. in '98, I thought it was a great school. I had him in a private school here in Canada before we went down and it was scolasticly as good. He was in grade one at the time, the teachers were friendly, welcomeing to a new student and the "feel" of the school was great. I am going to live in S.P. again starting in June, my son is now 13 and if he is not beyond their level I will be putting him back at Island Ace. He liked the view from the classrooms, looking out onto the sea!
