Stugatz-
I enjoyed El Divino (located at Banana Beach) for a couple of reasons.
We stayed at BB and a complimentary breakfast was included daily which was quite substantial and good. (two eggs, toast or pastries, fresh fruit plate). If you aren't a b-fast person, they honour the coupon ($5.00 US)to use for lunch that day. The burgers are 12 oz. monsters!
We also enjoyed a great dinner at El Divino. They have a Brazillian Rodisseri on the weekends that gives you all the *protein* you can eat, etc. The staff are very nice and friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. The steak that I had was really flavourful and cooked exactly the way I like them. This was our second stay at Banana Beach. Some feel it is "waaay south" but I think it is relevant to what each of us considers far. We, personally enjoy the walks on the beach. While we may hop a cab to town for dinner, we always walk back as it helps to digest the awesome food and gives us the opportunity to stop in at all our favourite watering holes along the way. Have not eaten at Victoria House.
We also enjoyed Casa Picasso - so much so that we ate there twice. Loved their *specials*, lasagne and creme brule...lemon drop martini's too!

Barb, quick question, does the lobster mango pizza have tomato sauce and cheese? Just curious, trying to conjure up my taste buds.

Caliente has the best lunch open straight through 11:00am to 9:30, for dinner chef Jennie's original recipes.

Elvi's Kitchen Best variety of seafood been around for 27 years. World recognized!!!

All the other suggestions are fine but you can't forget these two! My personal favourites!
