We are about 90 days out and it's time to start assembling our care package to bring down to AC.

In past years we have purchased a sturdy and slightly used Goodwill roll-on and filled it full of stuff for the local elementary school or library. Whether it was Ocho Rios or Akumal, it was always appreciated. (Plus you get to leave the roll-on behind and get another turn at the Goodwill's "luggage lottery" for the following trip)

My inclination is to go with school supplies again, but the new clinic sounded like something that might help out a broader group of the local folks. Especially for items that may be easy to get here in the States but more of a challenge to obtain there.

Any suggestions or info is always appreciated.

Which ever way you decide I am sure your efforts will be appreciated, You can go to the Home page of this message board, go to lions club on the search function, scroll down the page and there will be a list of things that they need for the Hospital.

You may want to do some checking with customs. Most of the vet supplies we brought for SAGA were confiscated at the airport.
