I have some close friends visiting. They're property owners and are planning on relocating here within the next year. He's been an active 18 year member of AA and She's been active with ALANON for quite some time. I'm not personally familiar with these recovering alcoholic support groups but they're wondering what meetings might be available here for them to attend in the future. I know he's attended AA meetings here on past trips. She's really interested in what groups might be available for her? Thanks!

A Tuesday noon meeting (AA) is at the Catholic Rectory across the street from the San Pedro Catholic Church. The Clubhouse is no longer located behind the Firestation. It is located in the Boca Del Rio Area near the Alcatraz Bar (most cabbies know). Information about Al-Anon can be had at the Tuesday Noon meeting. Good luck!!!

Bill is right about the locations. The Tuesday noon meeting is an open meeting which means that anyone can attend. Alanon members are especially welcome. There is also a closed step study meeting on Friday evenings. Call Harriette 226-3687 for directions. Nurse Natalie is off the island for awhile. cool
