I'm wondering if contributing to the San Pedro Town Council, for hurricane relief, is a good way to get stuff to the people who need it most?

Yes, short of hand delivering to individuals, or sending to individuals through western union

Speaking of Western Union, is Castleberry's office up and running daily, Marty or Tammy?
I'd like to get an email message to rick, if anybody knows what it is, offhand...

Rick has been working like hell on his parents place. They got hit hard and his dad is a tough old goat and won't leave. The business is back seat for the moment. I'm sure he'll post when they reopen Castleberry's.
