I just got back to England from the island. Joe is not far up the beach from our resort. If you phone Kathryn or Tazmara on their fixed base cel between 07:00 and 10:00, 12:00 13:30 or 17:30 and 20:00 hrs they have the generator and phone working and should be able to get a message to Joe.
