This may be the answer!!!
In the site above it talks about hurricane rehabilitation and disaster preparedness. It also has a wonderful little tidbit that could really help.

The NEMO Secretariat is charged with inspection of the hurricane shelters and the Ministry of Economic Development is responsible for the Hurricane Rehabilitation project which includes retrofitting and construction of (regional) shelters.

Now as I see it, the heavily damaged schools are hurricane shelters. As such there are already funds available to the tune of BZ$66M. That is the loan agreement amount between the GOB and the IDB and CDB as noted in the website above.

It seems the money is there for the taking.

Does someone from NEMO want to comment or do I smell and email campaign coming????
