Well,


Just got back from Coro -- beautiful day! Little sun -- fresh breeze. We
waited for the "wave". A total No Show -- so came home.


Earlier tuned up the honda Genset -- as we here Mexico might through the
switch later.


My house "boards-up" every night -- so no problem there.


gusts of breeze to maybe 25 mph.


Coro Bay as normal -- certainly no big breakers yet.


Coro full of tourists evacuated from San Pedro.


A number were swimming at 5:30 PM near to where I was sitting -- having a
great time.


As far as one can look to the west -- light over cast with clear spots.


Now -- going to download some maps and see where that storm is "hiding"

10:30 update:
Just got back from watching boat in Corozal -- left at 10:30 PM


Very light drizzle -- strong gusts of wind. Abnormally high tide -- but no
flooding. Bigger than normal surf. But boat is well moored and in
absolutely no danger.


Enjoyable to sit by the see. Even the little mini-beach-cabanas are not
getting damage -- the little grass roofs are OK.


Coro is totally shut down -- nothing open -- no people on the streets --
everything boarded up.


Xaibe -- much less gusting than Coro.


No flooding anywhere at this time.
