antilles has become better organized and could form a
depression during the next 24hrs.

Last night we got some strong gusts and very heavy rain.

The winds are blowing slightly from the northeast and the skies are fairly
clear with exception from the southwest skies which are a little dark.


Saw lots of folks on the streets early this morning and can only assume
they are heading to work, etc.

Thunderbolt resumed its schedule this morning and so it appears everything
is falling back into place.
