There was a Continental flight that left Houston at 1P.M. (12 noon Belize time) My husband was on that flight trying to get to our place on SP. Does anyone know if Tropic was still flying people in this afternoon?? I guess the flight would've arrived in B City about 2:30 or 3:00. He was going to try & call me from Goldson's, but I haven't heard anything. Is there still power on Sp & in B City? Are the phones still working? What are the conditions now, 5:30 Houston time (4:30 B time)?? Does anybody know that can me some updated info? I am, of course very worried about my hubby. Thanks

i do not believe they would have flown him into San Pedro.

Evacs out were done by noon. no one would have been flown in after that. conditions are fine all over at this point. no power out, no phones out

Security at Goldson has been a nightmare to get through these past few weeks. The flight was scheduled to arrive and depart on time. By the time he got his bags and cleared customs, he would have been through the fine-toothed comb they call security at Goldson. That would be on a REGULAR day...my guess he'll make it to the Princess about 5:00-5:30 Belize time and call you from there. Don't worry, all is well here w/ phones and electricity.
