We will be in AC in May--Do you feel that Banana beach is too far of a walk to town? It is either BB or The Palms for us.

depends on how much you like/want to walk. It's theoretically a lesiurely 20-25 min walk along the beach - but usually takes a lot longer than that to get to town - somebody put all those watering holes along the way!

We've stayed at both places. Both are great. The Palms is closer and well worth any minimal additional cost.

mileeza, klcman is sure right, if you make enough of those stops you wont have to worry about getting into town.
We stayed at both places this past Nov.,7days at BB and 4 at the Palms. liked both places equally. the only advantage to the Palms is close to town, otherwise you'll like either place. To be honest with you if we were going back tomorrow I think the Palms would have it but only because of location. Have a great trip! laugh laugh laugh
