I don't understand how people that represent a place as beautiful & wonderful, and welcoming as San Pedro Town can be so nasty to new members of this board.

I'm all for a good argument, or healthy debate, but to be rude to someone for asking a simple question is just ridiculous.

I wonder if you would be this rude to people to their faces, for asking a question.

A few things I find interesting about this board:
For starters it seems lots of people think posts are directed at them when they are in fact directed to other people.
It appears that it's pretty difficult for many to discern the difference between a joke and "rudeness."
There sure are a lot of people trying to "speak" for others instead of letting them answer for themselves and lots who answer questions specifically directed to someone else.
This combination of conditions can only lead to the easily offended being offended.
Relax folks, most all of you have real lives somewhere else and the MB is only a very small part!

I am new to the board and would have laughed at the comment Klcman made, but then I'm smartass also and always note that its better that than the alternative. I did have a beer at Pedro1s bar hes a great guy in person. Hard to believe hes the same drunken old crusty fart on here that can't even describe how to get to his own bar.
