there was an accident here right after noon. The winds have been very strong and changing directions. Some divers (I don’t know how many) landed in the lagoon and had to muck it to get ashore. One diver landed between the beach and the reef and was rescued fairly fast. Another diver landed outside the reef and it took some time to find him. It has been reported that he is dead and they are taking him to Belize City.
Everyone in San Pedro will have a heavy heart tonight and our love goes out to his wife and all his friends.
