If you mean Casa Caracol, some friends of ours stayed there a few months ago. It was nice, right on the beach a little north of town, but close enough to walk everywhere. They mentioned a few dogs barking, but that is wide spread in town on San Pedro. The friends had use of a pool and their daughter played on the beach every day.

finigan, Try this website: www.casacaracol.com This should give you a good start at seeing what's out there in the private sector. You can look at several private homes that might work for your group at: www.cayemanagement.com

Caye Management is listed in several different sections. We used them in January for our short term two week vacation and will use them again for next year when we hope to be able to stay for a month.
lacysisland, I don't see Casa de Caribe on their webpage. Where is it?
