First of all I am heartsick about the Wave Dancer, my prayers and thoughts go out to the families. I did not slepp last night thinking of the horror these people endured.

Can any one tell me about the status of the Belize Aggressor? I am scheduled to be on her October 20-27th. Aggressor office told me she had only very minor damage, and was going out on this Saturday's tour--is this for real? Should I anticipate any problems with the airport or the ride to the Aggressor dock? Do you think the reefs and visibility will be severely compromised? Do you think I should go?

yes you should go.
really a freak situation that hit the wave dancer. it was in a great spot to be in, the surge was just so high, then bad luck. if the surge had just raised her up and dropped her back down, she would have been fine. but it put her up onto the dock, and she fell back upside dowm.

tragic. but really an unusual situation.

i would certainly go.

I would go for sure. We have a dive shop
on one of the cayes and although the vis will
be somewhat reduced (maybe down to 50' from
100') I would recommend that you go

Cheers and enjoy
