A friend of mine who comes on a regular basis is very picky when it comes to accommodations. He doesn't care what it costs as long as he has some privacy with nice landscaped grounds. His first choice has always been Victoria House. It is a beautiful property, very quiet, nice pool and restaurant. Next he likes Xanadu because of the property has a very 'natural' look to it and you can sit on your verandah without the whole world looking at you. Lately he's been going to Grand Colony simply because the first two always seem to be booked. Check out their websites, you might like them as well.

Forgot about Vic House, which fits the bill on all your requests. Neither Xanadu nor Grand Colony have restaurants on site but that isn't necessarily a minus as there are plenty of good restaurants on the island.

Sorry Peter, doesn't count as a restaurant on site when you have to walk a couple of hundred yards up the beach to get there. El Divino is closer. Actually distance wise I believe Xanadu is closer to Rico's.
