For those that are interested in the Mopan and Q´eqchi´ Maya of the Toledo District, we have organized a comprehensive website with assitance from organizations that have longstanding relationships with the Maya or are indigenous organizations. The website features: what happened?, Impact, Maya Spirit, News articles and how to help with the relief efforts. Please visit the website at www.mayaviewkeeper.com and pass it on to others who may be interested.

Please note that this page offers a vehicle for TAX DEDUCTIBLE hurricane relief donations to be made to the Toledo Maya Disaster Relief Fund through the Indian Law Center. All the money goes to a fund set up by various Maya community leaders in the Toledo District.

I am using this vehicle to fund-raise among business people who require tax deductions to donate.
