We are thinking about going cave tubing and was wondering if its worth the money and the time. We are staying at Captain Morgans and would either have to fly or take a boat back to the main land to do the tour. Is it worth it? And is there one tour operator that is better than the other???

We went to Capt. Morgans July of this year. They were trying to sell us some time shares. You may want to ask for Bernie (if I rememeber correctly) he is the owner, I'm pretty sure he we'll help inform you. We've heard mostly good things about the cave tubing, but the week we stayed at Victoria House the weather was not in our favor, and so we had to cancel that idea.
If you go to the top on this page under search, plug in "cave tubing" and you may get more information.

Enjoy your stay there and have a Belikin on me!!!

We stay at Captain Morgans every year and the managers name is Ernie and he and all the staff are great. We usually book our mainland trips with SeaDuced and have always had a great trip. The boat ride to the mainland is just part of the adventure. We went to Jaguar Paw to cave tube and had a great time and the Belize Zoo was interesting too. We are booked to be back the first two weeks of Feb. and can't wait. Have a great time and tell Ernie and Karen hi for us.

D&J, Thanks for the name correction. Just like D&J mentioned the staff was very nice. The place was very clean and manicured despite the weather.

We went cave tubing with seaduced and had a great time.

They picked us up in boat and we headed off to the zoo first.

I would say the trip is worth it.

We had a great time - wear "water shoes" if you have them. You go for a nice walk, take a dip in a few water-holes, and float through the caves. Nothing to physical but very enjoyable.
