4 guys coming back to San Pedro in February to do some diving. We know our favorites for a sit down nice meal but tell me your favorites for a quick, cheap taste of the local flavor. confused

My favorite would be Pappi's , the Lions club has a bar b q on Fri. nites for under $5 us. I think, very good chicken, located right behind the Mayan Princess, center of town. I also like The Reef Rest. Ali Babas is good also, located near the Air Strip, You'll see their chickens hanging in the window.
Try the street vendors for the quick cheap taste of the local flavor.
I've been diving S.P. for about 20 yrs. so p.m. me if you want,I'm there Feb. also.

Waraguma on Middle St. for lunch. $10BZ Chicken burritos bigger than your head will feed two people or take half away for a light dinner or midnight snack.

edit: Never mind about the half thing. You are guys. You'll eat the whole thing :p

Tropical Cooking, right across from Tropic Air Terminal.

Los Cocos, around the corner from the San Juan statue.

I misspelled in my first post...it's Waruguma on the east side of Middle St. south of Buccaneer. It is basically a lean to with a counter in back and a few tables out front. They do have a sign hanging overhead to make it a bit easier to find them but blink and you'll miss it.
