Hello all,
I am writing an article about Ambergris Caye for a class I am taking. I would like to include some descriptions of menu items...so far I have Caliente's conch fritters, Estel's breakfasts, Mickey's burritos and some items from Casa Picasso...does anyone have any suggestions for specific menu items I could mention to give the "flavor" of Papi's, Blue Water Grill and/or Victoria House?....oh no, I drooled on my keyboard again...anyway, I would be very grateful for your input. laugh

Papi's has the best lobster on the island, IMO. Grilled simply with their own seasonings and plenty of butter. Yum - how long til I can visit during lobster season?

Oh, and conch salad - the best!

The crispy coconut shrimp sticks at Blue Water Grill are really tasty and a visual treat as well.

If I remember correctly, if you go into the home page under restaurants, some of them have websites with menus.

The Blue Water grill has some pretty good sushi & sashimi. I don't have a bobber style home grown picture of it, so I will need to improvise
