Susan, how much are the monthly Condo dues on each unit? Thanks

I believe the HOA dues are now either $625 or $650 $US per quarter. I need to check with Nellie to find out for sure. That's for both units (they cannot be sold separately under our CCR's). As the usual practice in the US, the HOA pays for all the lovely landscaping, maintenance of the common areas (grounds, pool, pier, etc.)band repairs to the exterior of condos (roofs, exterior paint, etc.)
