Judging from the comments made by some on this board and seeing the number of people coming to Belize looking to invest with expectations that never seem to materialize as expected, I have determind that it is time for me to offer the entrepreneurial skills that I have learned over my successful business career. Therefore, I have obtained the sole rights for Belize to offer this opportunity. With this investment, there should be no question as to the profitability. Even the people on this board that have demonstrated their mental handicaps (you know who you are) should be able to realize the potential.

This is in the form of a franchise that will be limited in number, so it is imperative that those interested act immediately. Although, I have reserved a few for the likes of evening, bettabelizit, scubalady, munichchick, Cheri and a few others that I know will need a little more time to analize the potential.

Chloe, the only question I will answer is that of the rate of return. The franchises come with a written guarantee of a minus one hundred percent rate of return. You must figure out the answers to all other questions yourself. That is what being an entrepreneur and risk taker is all about. :p
