I can vouch for Rashell at Southwind, she's the best real estate pro on the island, possibly in the country.

Thanks for the suggestions. However Southwind appears to be dealing primarily in land. I am looking to pruchase an existing one so that I can be in it before the November.

I would encourage all direct sellers to contact me as I am very serious about this venture.

They don't just deal in land.....you should contact her. On this site go into real estate and look. Hideaway Sports Lodge is for sale...hideaway@btl.net.....Southwind@starban.net

Many resorts are for sale. I believe even Paradise Resort Hotel is for sale.
