Sir Isaac Newton S	I took a ride to the leeward side of Ambergris Caye yesterday. Some really nice stuff back there. Ambergris Bay, Santa Cruz Lagoon, Laguna de Cayo Frances. Very nice, beautiful, but it'll be a while for the infrastructure to be set in place. But also a good time to get in, as it was on the windward side in the 80's. Plans have been made to extend the road to this area via the Basil Jones airstrip and dock. The Caribbean Coves area also looks good for investment potential.
