My wife and I really like the Tres Cocos area, and have seen a couple of larger (2 acre) lots for sale that back up to the lagoon area (near Sweet Basil's). I like the lots, but for the price ($100k and up) they're bigger than I really need. Does anyone know of any off-beach Tres Cocos lots for sale--preferrably either second row off the beach or in the alternative, on the back at the water?

Are you interested in anything in Tres Cocos that already has a house???? C
