LOT FOR SALE - CONSEJO SHORES. You can view the info HERE, probably later today it will be up:
http://www.escapeartist.com/International_Real_Estate/Belize/Belize.html

This is a large lot, approximately 2/3 acre, in the nicest residential community in Northern Belize - Consejo Shores, a quiet development with many beautiful homes already built. Our lot is a cul de sac corner lot 2 lots back from ocean (about 200 feet from water), across from Don Quixote Hotel. There's an ocean view if you build a 2-story home. Consejo Shores offers easy access to utilities and high speed internet access. It is approximately 15 minutes to Corozal Town, and 20 minutes to shopping across Mexican border.

This area is an affordable alternative to living on Ambergris Caye, cost of everything is much lower, and its only 20 minutes away from AC by plane or 3 1/2 hours or so by boat.

Reason for selling: We moved to Panama instead of Belize and we had bought this lot to build our home on. It will make a nice home for you!
CASH ONLY, no "seller financing."

If you are already in Belize, please call our agents, the Wildmans, for an appointment to view the lot, at 501-423-1005. Ask them to show you the Garcia lot, Folio 206, Lot 85.

You can also email me at: [email protected]. You can also call me direct in Panamma at: 507-674-5114 or if no answer, 676-5115, if you have questions about this property.

Oops, I posted the wrong price...it's listed for $20,000, not $18,000...but of course everything is negotiable...)

Re our construction: It's coming along, our permanent home is close to being ready, will be moving in probably in mid March. The first small villa is done (we are living in it now) and the second one has only the foundation. We anticipate that all construction, including the employee housing, will be done by the end of September. and we will be open for business for the two small villas.

To check on our progress go to our Imagestationweb page:
http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4290923989

They will make you "register" but don't worry, Sony won't spam you.

The latest pictures are at the bottom of the picture scroll box....They changed the format and eliminated the "show all" option, probably to save bandwidth. So you can view 10 pics at a time, with the most recent at the bottom.

I hope everybody is doing well. Ambergris Caye looks as beautiful as ever!

Susan, how's everything going for you? Are you near the flooding or having any problems due to the weather in Panama?

Nope, the flooding in Bocas del Toro province is on the mainland, not the islands. We are on a bluff about 40 feet above sea level, on a nice flat area, and in no danger of flooding. Its been unusually rainy the last couple of weeks, even though we are supposed to be in the "dry" (for Panama) season. It's been storming for two days (again) and we even have waves on the reef in front of our property which is pretty unusual. Hopefully this is the last big storm of the season...

Glad to hear you are not subject to that which others in Panama are suffering. Is the weather holding up your progress?

Your pictures are lovely by the way. Your place/spot looks fabulous.
