We used Southwind Realtors on AC and were very happy with them.
For San Pedro look under lodgings on this site - it is broken down into price ranges if you choose.
We go budget - Conch Shell Hotel on the beach, clean, friendly family run. We get a room with fridge to save $ on snacks and beverages.
Belize it!

I just saw that you're interested in the Corozal area, one of my favorite parts of Belize.

The most reputable and well-established real estate guy in Corozal is Bill Wildman at Belize Land Consultants in Consejo Shores (P.O. Box 35, Corozal Town, tel. 501-4-38005, fax 4-38006; [email protected]; www.consejoshores.com or www.belizelandconsultants.com.). He's been in Belize since the 70s, has worked as a surveyer around the country, and knows it very well. He's also a straight shooter and a nice guy. Johnny-come-lately U.S. developers are actively selling land near Cerros -- buyer beware.

Bought beach front from Bill Wildman ten years ago. Agree with previous comments:

We bought land in Belize last year through Emerald Futures Real Estate. John and Madeleine Estephan are the owners. We can't recommend them highly enough. They took care of everything for us and made it a very simple process. They are native Belizeans, knowledgable about Belize, and very honest, trustworthy people. Their website is www.emeraldfutures.com.

My mother has moved down to Placentia as of Dec 99, She has started working as a realtor (after much success here in Canada) in BZ, you can contact her by e-mail at: [email protected]
Her name is Helen Hill

She is very ambitious and I am sure she could help you find what your looking for.

It may be a few days before she replies as she was with my brother and father in Chetumal when the storm hit, I havn't heard from them since monday but I know they are all right.

Drop her a line and she should be able to help you, she has researched a lot of the property in BZ and if nothing else she could direct you to someone who could help.
