Depends. They're probably looking at a short term holiday let rather than a long term lease, as most leases seem to want a minimum 6 month. If so they're timing is good or even running a bit late if anything. Do a search on previous similar topics and lots of options will crop up. Off the top of my head Coral Bay Villas and Paz Villas are a good starting point.
