OK...for those of you that are still looking for the chat room and can't find it....here is the address:
http://www.ambergriscaye.ws/belizechat.htm

The page you are reading now..is the Chat board.....the address above is a chat room where you can talk in real time to other people.

I should mention that this chat room is not associated with Marty's site ambergriscaye.com.
Just in case something goes wrong with the room....please don't contact Marty and ask him to fix it.....LOL

When I try, I get a log in screen that asks me for user, password, and domain.

What am I to put in those? Must I be a registered user?

Thanks.

I have no idea where that is coming from.....maybe some kind of security settings on your computer. It is not from the chat page.

It only has a small java script box......asks you for a "nickname"
......and then a button that says "Connect"

It's very easy to use.....you do not have to be registered.

Check your settings.....
Go to....
Start, Settings, Control Panel, Internet Options..(or Internet), Security tab....
make sure the settings are on Medium for the internet zone.

Let me know if you still have trouble.

I tried that and I'm still getting the same box.

I'm on a Macintosh. With Netscape, no signin box appears. With Explorer, the same box appears asking me for user name, password, domain and whether I want to save the password.

I have tried a few times to connect from my Gateway 2000 with Netscape. All I see is a white box under where it says to sign in and start chatting. My settings are on Medium.
Any one else have this problem?
Belize it!

I am able to get in, no problem that way. My problem is that I am always the only one there and I talk to myself enough as it is!

LOL @ Suzan [Linked Image]

You must be coming at the wrong time.
Usually the busy times are around 9am till about 11am. Then sometimes in the afternoon around 2-ish.....then again in the evening between 7pm till sometimes midnight.

This would all be Central Standard Time.

Margarita & Marietta.....you do have your java enabled right?

Don't feel too bad Margarita. I can't get in either. Ever time I try it says "DigiChat could not locate the specified host. Please make sure you are using the correct host name". **sitting here pouting with bottom lip sticking out** I think I've been 86'd.

Wow, I hope you get in soon, the chatroom is really good at times. We really get some good informative chats going. We are using it for therapy. Keep trying.
