I coming to AC Feb 28th for 9 days staying at Sunbreeze. I am planning on diving but my wife does not dive so am looking for a dive buddy (buddies).
Would also like to meet up with anyone else there at the same time for beers/Happy hour. Post a reply or send me an e-mail

i also do not dive. when we went last summer, frank had no problem finding dive buddies. apparently there are many of us ladies (and i use ther term loosly) who prefer to snorkel. just show up to go, and there will be someone who needs a buddy. if not, a guide has always been made available. no worries!!

Hey Jeremy, my husband and I will be there the 1st thru the 9th. Same as Jane, I snorkel and my husband dives. I'm hoping to get the nerve up and try one of those small shallow dives just to try it out and see how it is. But until then I'll just stay on top (no pun intended). Would be great to meet up and have a drink and then you and the husband could discuss diving. We are staying at Paradise Villas. Take it easy!

Oooh- I am interested in finding out where the snorkeling "ladies" get together. I am coming down on the 11th- my folks dive and I don't. Staying at the palms with the Huesteds (regulars).

you really don't need a buddy. all dives are guided and everyone pretty much stays in a group. you will meet folks on the boat. there are always single divers you can "hook" up with. Everyone I met was very friendly. BTY I dove with both Bottom Time and Amigos(bluehole)--both are great operations--bottom time cheaper.
